สะท้อนว่าบรรดาข้อถกเถียงทั้งหลายที่เคยมี เช่น บริษัทฯ ควรเปิดให้พนักงานใช้ Social Media หรือไม่? หรือควรเปิดใช้เวลาใด? ใครควรใช้ ใครไม่ควรใช้? กลายเป็นประเด็นที่ถูกยิงตกไปโดยปริยาย

อีกมุมหนึ่ง วันนี้แทบไม่มีองค์กรไหนไม่รู้จัก Social Media ซะด้วยซ้ำ ขนาดออฟฟิศผม ผู้บริหารก็ยังคุยกันสร้างเป็นนโยบายใหม่ อย่าให้อายุเป็นอุปสรรค เราต้องก้าวให้ทันเทรนด์ ใครไม่มีไม่เล่น เชยที่สุด ตกยุคเอาดื้อๆ เผลอๆ จะซวยขนาดตามผู้บริโภคไม่ทัน และกลายเป็นองค์กรล้าหลังในที่สุด

ผมได้คุยกับเพื่อนๆ อีกหลายคน ได้ยินว่าผู้บริหารบางองค์กรก็เริ่มเปลี่ยนทัศนคติด้วย ที่เคยใจแคบ กลัวพนักงานจะเบียดบังเวลา นั่งเล่นเกม อัพโหลดรูปส่วนตัว แชทกับเพื่อน ก็ไม่กลัวอีกต่อไป

เรื่องนี้ ยิ่งห้าม ก็ยิ่งโดนต่อต้าน การไม่มีไม่ใช่ทางออกของการแก้ปัญหา ถ้าพื้นฐานองค์กรดี ไม่เอาเปรียบพนักงาน ก็ไม่ต้องกลัวว่าจะโดนเอาเปรียบ

ทัศนะส่วนตัว ผมว่าให้พนักงานเข้าไปล็อกอินบ้าง เอ็นจอยบ้าง Productivity ในงานน่าจะดีขึ้น เพราะคนไม่ใช่เครื่องจักร ที่ทำงานโดยไม่มีชีวิตจิตใจ หรือแบ่งแยกระหว่างงาน กับ ความเพลิดเพลินไม่เป็น

ถ้าให้ฟันธงเลย ผมสนับสนุนว่า Social Media ควรจะมีในองค์กรอย่างแรง และไม่ใช่มีธรรมดาด้วยนะครับ ต้องตักตวงขีดความสามารถ และใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในทุกๆ บริบทที่จะทำได้

ง่ายที่สุด ต้องใช้เป็นช่องทางกระจายข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ผู้บริหาร หรือ HR ต้องการแจ้งให้สังคมข้างในได้รับทราบ เรียนรู้ หรือปฏิบัติตาม

ผู้บริหารบางคนพูดไม่เก่ง แต่มักมีประโยคเด็ดๆ ทิปส์สั้นๆ ที่อ่านแล้วโดน ก็สามารถใช้ช่องทางนี้สื่อสารกับลูกทีมได้เหมือนกัน เป็นการสร้าง Learning Organization ได้อีกแบบ

หรือบางท่านสบโอกาสใช้ Social Media สร้างความเป็นกันเอง ตีสนิทกับลูกน้อง ผมก็ชื่นชม เพราะบางครั้งการได้คุยเรื่องส่วนตัวกันบ้าง ได้อัพเดทกิจกรรม ที่ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องงานกับงาน ได้เห็นรสนิยม งานอดิเรกที่ชอบทำ จะทำให้เราเข้าถึงหัวใจลูกน้องมากขึ้น สัมพันธ์โดยรอบก็จะแนบแน่นตามไปด้วย เกิดอานิสงส์ ลดความเครียดในเนื้องานตามลำดับ
